Chesterfield Trade Parts has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our brilliant team.

Salary: £26,780 basic | £27,980 OTE

Location: Chesterfield

Duties

We have a great team on site committed to delivering a fantastic customer experience and professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include:

• Handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms
• Accurately identifying parts to meet customer requirements
• Promoting product offers and upselling to grow overall sales
• Maintaining knowledge of new or updated parts through training and bulletins
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous parts experience in a similar motor industry role
• Ambition and determination to exceed daily sales objectives
• Strong communication and customer service skills
