£27,785 - £30,364 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our fantastic Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor.

This full-time permanent position involves providing pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly tutorial sessions.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Providing targeted support to students aged 16-19 to ensure they achieve their full potential at college.

Developing and maintain a thorough understanding of students' support needs.

Setting and work towards targets, managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Experience supporting students in a similar age range.

High motivation and effective time management skills.

A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
