Payment Resolution Team - Senior Coordinator
About The Role
The Payment Resolution team has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer focused individual to join a fast-paced team in Operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to continually learn and develop into an expert of our card and payment processes.
As part of a small back-office team, you will complete a wide variety of work and controls, as well as support associates across the business by providing specialist advice regarding payment and card queries.
What you'll do
- Perform and report on controls accurately, raising any identified issues as appropriate
- Take ownership of your own workload within the team, adjusting priorities as necessary to meet team service requirements
- Work towards becoming an SME for card, inbound and outbound payment processes
- Provide specialised knowledge about customer payments to wider business areas
- Help to drive improvements to team quality and efficiency
- Understanding the intent behind team processes, considering customer impact across all workstreams
- Provide event remediation support when required
- Support the ongoing development of the department by utilising Agent Feedback Loop to improve processes

- Ability to work as a team and be flexible and proactive in providing support to areas where required
- Be self-motivated, able to support and initiate change in periods of uncertainty and ambiguity
- Have good attention to detail
- Spot opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements within area and department
- Deliver key accountabilities
- Have a strong ability to manage his or her own time effectively and be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Engage in individual, team and department challenges
- Highly organized with an ability to remain focused and flexible to an ever-changing environment
Where and how you'll work
This is a 9 month secondment position and you will be required to come into the Nottingham office for a day every 2 weeks. This will be for team building, collaboration and the opportunity to meet and spend time with your colleagues face to face. However, if you want to work from the office more, you can!
