wWe are looking for a Payments Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Group Payments Strategy team. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of our ambitious multi-year payments strategy. You will play a crucial role in supporting Flutter’s growth ambitions and ensuring we meet user needs across diverse markets. As part of the Group COO function, you will work closely with collaborators and external partners to develop comprehensive payments-related data and analytics capabilities

Responsibiliti

• esLead the development of a unified approach to customer payment data by working with various teams and external partie
• s.Define and facilitate the creation and maintenance of a global payments report and scorecard to support senior management reporting, analysis, and insight
• s.Work closely with Category Manager in Group Procurement to develop and maintain data, insights, and scorecards for partner evaluation and management. This includes assisting with global or multi-divisional RFI/RFP and contracting processe
• s.Conduct research and provide thought leadership on key payment insights, themes, and trends, focusing on the Group Payments Strategy and Flutter’s broader strategic prioritie
• s.Drive collaborative activities across the Group to support the development of the Flutter Edge for payments. Use the organization's scale to accelerate the adoption of standard methodologies and central initiative
• s.Gather and collate information to complete detailed evaluations, outlining challenges, opportunities, and solutions to enable future strategie
• s.Support the development and approval processes of arguments and reasons to advance key projects and investments for the Payments Strateg
• y.Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy for the collation, sharing, analysis, and reporting of payments data across the Group, in line with Group-wide data strategie
• s.Act as a trusted, objective, data-driven strategic partner for the business, making recommendations on critical decisions as neede
• d.Serve as a central point of coordination and knowledge sharing across the payments insights and analytics communitie
