ALS are searching for a new Payroll Administrator to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing for all our employees. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, with good communication skills, we’d love to have you join our payroll team!
About The Role
Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent
Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
Hours: 32 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £22,464
Location: Hybrid with our office base in Wakefield
Day to Day
- As a Payroll Administrator you will focus on accurate processing and administration
- Handling data input and reporting with precision, leveraging your Excel expertise
- Manage payrolls and answering questions from employees, stakeholders and auditors when asked
- Following established procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support payroll operations
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practices
The Essentials
- Previous experience in payroll processing is most advantageous
- Strong Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Sage is a must
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communicator and a proactive team player
- Focused on achieving goals and finding effective solutions
