The opportunity
You will be part of a central team offering system and reporting support to the wider payroll group. This will be a key role supporting and enhancing the payroll service processes and procedures to further develop the business.
Reporting through to the Continuous Improvement & Support Manager, you will assist in system and technical support to the wider group via the use of our in-house ticketing procedures and offer advice and support on improvement projects via change requests. You will also maintain administrative oversight of the payroll and other third party systems ensuring system reporting, access controls and reviews.
Day To Day Duties
- Payroll & Third Party System Support and Reporting
- Administer the Payroll Ops Ticketing system and maintain SLA targets
- Administer any payroll system migrations
- Support the Romania Onboarding project
- Administrative oversight of the payroll system
- Support technical change requests
- Report development using Crystal & SQL
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Payroll software knowledge and experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to translate data into value MI
- Highly organised and responsive with the ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge including powerquery
- Experience of VBA & MS Object model
- Understanding of MS Access
