About the
role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced to oversee our international payroll operations and manage relationships with external payroll providers. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll across multiple countries, coordinating all payroll activities, and partnering with HR and Finance on annual processes and projects. You will also ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements in each jurisdi
ction.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, enjoys a role with breadth and complexity, and is comfortable working autonomously while coordinating with local payroll bureaus. The position is critical to the business, involving multiple deadlines, cross-border operations, and interaction with small in country teams, HR, and Accounting. Exposure to foreign entities, varied compliance obligations, and diverse payroll norms is signi
