Requirements
Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in a bureau or multi customer environment
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, data entry, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of multiple payroll systems and supporting tools (advanced excel knowledge is a must)
Experience processing end to end payroll for multiple customers
Understanding of statutory payroll obligations (e.g., pensions, tax, statutory payments, benefits).
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Demonstrable experience of complex problem solving and solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
What will you do?
As our Payroll Operations Specialist, you will:
Scope and design bespoke solutions for custom payroll requirements
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate payroll-related issues and updates.
End to end payroll processing for strategic customers
Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
