We’re looking for a calm, relationship-led Support Worker to provide 1:1 after-school support to a child with Autism and a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile in Hammersmith, London.

This role is ideal for someone who understands low-demand approaches, values autonomy, and can build trust through connection rather than compliance.

After-school weekday support
1:1 work in the family home and local community
Relationship-based, low-arousal support
Collaborative working with parents
