As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support across a wide range of pension-related matters. From calculating benefits to managing sensitive cases, your expertise will help shape the experience of thousands of members across our seven UK pension schemes.

What you'll be doing:

• Administer defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, including retirements, transfers, deaths, and more.
• Respond to member queries via phone, email, and case management systems.
• Handle sensitive cases such as death in service and income protection claims.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior administrators to improve processes and service delivery.
• Support cyclical scheme events and contribute to team meetings and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Pensions experience is essential – ideally within a pensions administration service department.

✅ Familiarity with pensions administration systems (e.g., PS Pensions, Workday, Service Now).

✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

✅ CPC qualification (or working towards it) is preferred.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.

✅ Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
