Purpose
The de-risking market continues to evolve and we are seeing a step change in schemes wishing to move to buy-out. This role will be pivotal in driving our existing schemes to achieving their de-risking ambitions whilst ensuring our buy-out new business implementation activities are controlled and robust.
The role is key for supporting multiple aspects of our business. The role will hold responsibility for driving schemes through project planning to their data cleanse completion and validation. As our business continues to grow, this role will work to deliver process improvements alongside the Data and Onboarding Team, unlocking administrative support from our Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and enabling the DB Buy-Out proposition to operate at scale.
