A leading international law firm is seeking an associate to join their pensions team, part of the wider People, Reward and Mobility group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with around 2–5 years’ PQE, though strong candidates outside this range will also be considered.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and contentious pensions work for a high-profile client base, including corporates, trustees, financial institutions, and public bodies. The team advises on scheme changes, deficits, de-risking, restructurings, and the pensions aspects of major cross-border M&A deals.
You’ll bring a strong academic background, experience in pensions law and corporate transactions, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with international clients is a plus.
