Join our Pensions Data Solutions Team as a Pensions Lead Data Consultant. Our team delivers data services to a broad range of clients with various UK pension administration operations, often collaborating with other WTW businesses or third parties.
The Role
We seek individuals with expertise in the legacy Defined Benefit pension environment and technical skills to develop and implement solutions for diverse pension schemes. As a client-facing project lead, you will:
- Understand client requirements and tailor data solutions
- Deliver advice and solutions to Pension Managers, Trustee boards, and key client contacts
- Collaborate with Data Solutions leads and team members
- Prepare data strategies and lead project delivery
- Improve processes and deliverables across service lines
- Build relationships with administrators, actuaries, legal advisers, and client representatives
In addition to client consulting, you should also be comfortable with business development, managing financial aspects of projects, and promoting best practices. You will be self-motivated to meet deadlines on multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hybrid working and can be based in London, Reigate, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or Edinburgh.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of UK Pension Scheme provisions and legislation
- Knowledge of pensions administration and common UK administration systems
- Experience in data and calculation auditing, cleansing, and correction projects
- Experience in GMP correction projects is preferable
- A good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
- Ability to present complex materials clearly and confidently
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects
- Demonstratable experience on client satisfaction and business needs
- Proactive in ensuring client satisfaction and growing client relationships
- Experience in leading and presenting at client meetings
- Experience in financial aspects of projects, including pricing, scoping, and billing
- Commitment to high-quality service
- Inquisitive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work with ambiguity
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
