About the Role
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract role and you must be able to commute to NPL in Teddington twice per week

First and foremost, you should have a passion for enhancing colleague experience, together with a strong knowledge and a proven experience in helping to resolve employee relations matters. You will have sound judgment to assess risk and ensure the right path for the issue at hand, working closely with the team. In addition, you will be:
