Are you passionate about using data to make a real difference in the workplace? We’re looking for a forward-thinking and collaborative People Analytics Lead to join our People Services team.
Interview date: 31st July 2025
This is a key role responsible for driving workforce analytics, supporting strategic workforce planning, and delivering actionable insights that shape the future of our organisation. You will lead a team of analysts and specialists, develop advanced reporting tools and dashboards, and work closely with senior leaders to inform decision-making through data.
