We’re hiring for the People and Change Director role at the CIPD.
This is a great opportunity to lead our people function, our people strategy, and ongoing change in line with our strategic priorities as the professional body for the people profession.
We are in times of great change where the people profession has the opportunity and needs to be at the very heart of business thinking, to shape the future of our organisations and the future of work – all in line with our purpose of championing better work and working lives. As an organisation, the CIPD has a significant role to play in helping shape the profession for the future, and we have made a lot of progress following a broader transformation programme over the last few years. We still have more to do and a lot of ambition, supported by our membership, our many volunteers and associates who work with us, and our connections with a wide range of organisations, partners, and policy makers. This role as a member of the senior leadership team is a vital part of helping us all maintain the positive momentum and build for the future, ensuring we have the vision, capabilities, culture, and people to be our best and to deliver for all our stakeholders.
