🕒 Full-time | 35 hours/week

Salary | £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience and capability)

As our People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, lead change, and shape a positive, inclusive culture across our care homes.

✨ What You’ll Do

✔ Lead people initiatives that align with our mission

✔ Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion

✔ Provide expert guidance on ER and change management

✔ Support leadership development and workforce planning

👤 What We’re Looking For

✅ Broad HR expertise (ER, reward, engagement, change)

✅ Strong influencing and coaching skills

✅ CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)

✅ Experience in multi-site or care settings (a plus!)
