Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks
- Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees
- Contribute to talent acquisition and development efforts
- Address basic employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution
- Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks
- Maintain and update HR records and reports as needed
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in HR strategy and program development
- Proficiency in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- A dedication to ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends

- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
