Are you passionate about nurturing the next generation of talent? We’re seeking a People Care Manager to lead the wellbeing, development, and engagement of our early careers community—including interns, apprentices, degree apprentices, and graduates.

About The Role
As People Care Manager for Early Careers, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact and advocate for our newest team members. You’ll design and deliver initiatives that foster belonging, personal growth, and career confidence—creating a launchpad for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored wellbeing and pastoral support to interns, apprentices, degree apprentices, and graduates
- Design and implement engagement activities, onboarding experiences, and community-building initiatives
- Deliver coaching and mentoring support to help individuals navigate workplace challenges and personal development
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to align support with career pathways and progression goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on personal, academic, and professional matters
- Monitor wellbeing and engagement metrics, using insights to continuously improve the early careers experience
- Facilitate feedback loops and recognition programs to celebrate growth and achievement
- Champion inclusive practices and ensure all individuals feel valued and respected
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or pastoral care—ideally with early careers talent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to build trust and rapport with young professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, graduate development, and workplace wellbeing
- Background in education, youth development, or training is highly desirable
- Passion for inclusion, mentorship, and personal growth
