People Manager & Business Partner

Hours: 37 hours per week, open to flexible working options (compressed hours, etc)

Salary: £33,050 - £35,570 per annum, pro rata (Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Contract: Fixed term maternity leave cover 12 months

Base: Hybrid, home working and Osney Mead.

We’re looking for a dynamic People Manager & Business Partner to join Oxfordshire Mind. This is a unique hybrid role — part strategic partner, part hands-on manager — perfect for someone who loves shaping culture and rolling up their sleeves.

• Qualified CIPD Level 5 or equivalent level of experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to digest and explain complex information 
• Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analytics 
• Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to manage your own emotions and empathise with others.
• Ability to use co-productive methodologies

• Knowledge/Understanding of our values
• Considerable experience at handling complex case work and mitigating risks with excellent employment law knowledge/application
