Who we are:
At TrueLayer, we’re building the future of payments. We’re on a mission to take on outdated payment methods with a solution designed for today’s online, on-demand economy. By removing friction at the heart of commerce — the payment — we’re making it faster, safer, and smarter for everyone.
To date, we’ve raised $300 million from world-renowned investors including Stripe, Tiger Global, Addition, and Tencent. With offices in London, Milan, and Dublin, we’re trusted by industry leaders like RyanAir and Just Eat Takeaway. But this is just the beginning.
We’re reimagining how the world pays, invests, shops, and saves. We’re transforming payments for industries like e-Commerce and iGaming, redefining what’s possible with technology and innovation. Now, we’re looking for people who are ready to help us build a brand that changes an industry.
Description:
In this role you’ll have the autonomy to redefine our People function - integrating systems, streamlining processes, and using data to drive smarter decisions. You’re equally comfortable shaping the overall vision and rolling up your sleeves to make it real. Bottlenecks? Opportunities. “The way it’s always been done”? Time to challenge it. New problems? Bring them on.
You’ll architect a next-generation People Operations model, unafraid to disrupt the status quo, take a holistic view, and future-proof our function. You ask “why,” speak up when something isn’t working, and build something better.
The world of People Ops is evolving fast. AI, automation, and expectations for intuitive, self-service tools are raising the bar. Your mission: design an operational infrastructure that delivers without a messy patchwork of disconnected systems.
This is your chance to have real impact, bring fresh perspective, and shape how we operate - laying the foundation for a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
You embrace change and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to make things better. You hold yourself personally accountable, and bring a mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement to everything you do. Above all, you have a people-first approach and are passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience through smart, efficient, and human-centric operations.
