We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused People Partner to
join our team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality,
pragmatic HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate and riskaware HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a wide range of topics including performance, conduct, absence, wellbeing, and policy interpretation.
- Manage a caseload of employee relations matters (e.g., investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management), ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Support line managers in building their confidence and capability in people management through coaching and guidance.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of people and culture initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, capability development and equality and inclusion.
- Support change management processes, including restructures, consultations and organisational development initiatives.
- Apply sound judgement in balancing employee needs and business priorities, identifying and mitigating risk in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies and procedures, and best practice HR standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support data integrity and reporting.
- Partner effectively with colleagues across the People & Culture team and wider organisation to ensure a seamless and people centred approach.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes, practices and policies.
- Act as a role model for organisational values and behaviours.
