People Partner for our UK People Team.
As a
People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and team members across Therapie Clinic. You will provide both strategic guidance and operational support to deliver high-impact people solutions that align with our business goals. This role requires a proactive and commercially minded individual with a strong grasp of UK legislation, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR support with strategic people initiatives.
3# Requirements
Strategic People Partnering:
- Act as a change champion, supporting transformation initiatives, cultural development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Analyse people data and trends to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the People Leadership Team to ensure operational alignment with strategic people priorities
- Utilise people analytics to identify trends, provide insights to inform strategic business decisions
Operational People Support:
- Provide hands-on support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
- Manage and advise on complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
- Coach and support line managers to own and deliver best practice people processes
- Support performance and development conversations, working with managers to embed effective feedback and development frameworks
- Work closely with line managers to support absence management, capability and conduct issues, and wellbeing matters.
- Partner with Operations and wider People Team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with the People strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, systems and reports to support operational efficiency.
4# Qualifications and Skills
- Experience and knowledge of the People function, partnering directly with all areas of the business;
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and change processes.
- Experience working both strategically and operationally in a generalist HR capacity.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
- CIPD qualified or working towards accreditation is desirable
- Project Management
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Organizational skills; Proactive, Self-directed and detail oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Experience using HRIS systems and reporting functionality, Softworks preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Ability to collect, compile and analyse data, assemble information, and prepare reports
- Ability to effectively interpret, maintain and communicate policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Excel
