Are you passionate about shaping high-impact people strategies that drive business performance and strengthen company culture? Do you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where you can influence change and make a tangible impact? If so, we’ve got just the role for you.
We’re looking for a
HR Business Partner to join our growing People team. In this role, you’ll act as a key connector between HR, the business, and cross-functional teams—leading strategic people initiatives that reflect and reinforce our values.
You’ll partner with regional business units to design and deliver commercially focused HR solutions, while working closely with fellow HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to drive cross-functional projects. Alongside this, you’ll continue to provide expert generalist HR support across the business, championing a culture of performance, inclusion, and growth.
To be considered, you must be based in the United Kingdom, as we are unable to support residency or visa sponsorship. Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are required. This is a hybrid role, so individuals must be able to commute to the London office at least
2 days a week.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and embed the people strategy and strengthen our culture, aligned to business needs and goals.
- Developing strong, credible relationships with managers and senior stakeholders
- Partner with our specialist teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward, and HR Operations to deliver people strategy and support to the business
- Ongoing employee relations management including performance management, employee cases, and policy development
- Talent management including succession planning, internal moves and global mobility
- Partner with Talent Acquisition in interviewing, onboarding, and assessment.
- Support business leaders’ org design for new and existing roles and teams.
- Drive data and reporting to support leaders in making informed business decisions
- Lead and support projects including year-end processes, engagement survey, change initiatives, and local business-driven initiatives.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 7–10 years of proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally within the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and statutory requirements
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including involvement with unions or works councils
- Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders with both strategic and operational HR matters
- Deep understanding of core HR functions, with expertise in at least one area (e.g., talent, performance, or organisational development)
- Experience of working independently
Behavioural Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trusted relationships
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change, navigate ambiguity, and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing innovative thinking to HR practices
It would be great if you had experience in the below, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- HR experience within a matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones
- Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Degree in a relevant field or HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Background in organisational design and/or change management methodologies
- Previous experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
