Description

Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North and we are looking for a people partner, who will sit in our HR team, to support us to deliver on this by developing an exceptional partnering service with our 17 academies across Bradford, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.

What we are looking for

A values driven HR professional with experience of providing solution focused HR advice and guidance at all levels
A strong leader with an excellent grasp of current employment law and people best practice
An excellent relationship builder who is able to build and lead high performing teams and manage relationships effectively while navigating complex processes

We are looking for an individual with a strong moral purpose and drive for improvement to join us and help deliver exceptional outcomes for the children in our care.
