About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Interim HR Business Partner to join our People team for a 3-6 month engagement. In this role, you will provide HR expertise, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and supporting the delivery of our business strategy. This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong ER knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to quickly build trust and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, aligning people initiatives with business objectives
- Provide strong Employee Relations expertise to manage complex cases and ER-related projects
- Supporting business strategy, including commission plans and incentive structures
- Support employee lifecycle, including performance management, development and organisational change projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
- Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong relationships across the business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in Partnering role(s)
- Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations matters and projects
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Hibob
- HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience
