People Partner (Internal Applications Only)

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll work closely with school leaders to:

• Provide confident, practical advice on people matters, including organisational design and change
• Drive consistency and good practice across the Trust in all people matters
• Support employee wellbeing, development and engagement
• Champion inclusive, positive and collaborative workplace culture
• Help our schools stay ahead in a changing education landscape
  
  

What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role

You’re CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) with solid HRBP experience. You enjoy variety, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and are comfortable building trust with leaders and staff alike. Education sector experience is a must and your ability to partner, communicate effectively, influence and find solutions.
