Are you a proper Project Manager - the kind who thrives on structure, loves a good plan, and can calmly orchestrate complex change without the drama?

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows their PM fundamentals inside out and enjoys bringing clarity, consistency and momentum to messy, high-impact programmes. No fluff. No side-of-desk project work. Just solid delivery.

🗺️ The Mission: Standardise, Optimise, Nearshore

This role exists to deliver a defined People / HR Target Operating Model over the next 12 months.

In plain English:

You’ll take existing HR processes, map them properly, standardise and optimise them, agree clear KPIs, and prepare them to be successfully nearshored into a shared service environment.

🧬 What You’ll Be Doing: The Work That Actually Matters

You’ll act as the central delivery engine for the programme, including:

• Owning the end-to-end project plan and driving it forward
• Managing RAID logs, dependencies and delivery risks like a grown-up PM
• Coordinating HR Business Analysts across process mapping, SOPs and KPI definition
• Facilitating workshops to land one agreed way of working.
• Keeping senior stakeholders informed with clear, honest status reporting
• Navigating ambiguity around process ownership and accountability
• Managing comms and momentum in a busy, multi-market environment
• Ensuring outputs are ready to be transitioned into a nearshore model

This is orchestration, not theory. Delivery, not design.

🧠 What You Bring: Solid PM Craft & Calm Authority

You’ll bring:

• Strong grounding in project management fundamentals and lifecycle delivery
• Proven experience running complex process or operating model projects
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing without authority
• Experience working with ambiguity, competing views and limited SME availability
• Clear, structured communication - written and verbal
• Comfort picking up a defined plan and executing it well

Nice to have (not essential):

• Financial services or regulated environment experience
• TOM or process standardisation projects
• Experience working across international teams
