As our People Relations and Culture Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a positive, inclusive, and values-driven culture at NICE. Reporting to the People Relations and Culture Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering both strategic and hands-on support across employee relations, wellbeing, and organisational development.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach—guiding managers through complex and sensitive people matters, championing our Just and Restorative Learning approach, and helping to embed fair, forward-thinking practices across the organisation. From collaborating with staff networks and trade unions to supporting culture change initiatives and EDI strategies, your work will directly impact the colleague experience and help NICE continue to be a brilliant place to work
In this varied and impactful role, you’ll contribute to shaping a positive people experience across NICE by delivering expert support and driving forward our cultural and organisational goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations issues, change management, and organisational development.
- Embedding a culture of Just and Restorative Learning aligned with NICE values.
- Supporting wellbeing initiatives and local health and wellbeing plans.
- Collaborating with Staff Networks, Trade Unions, and Freedom to Speak Up Guardians.
- Designing and implementing toolkits and frameworks to build capability in people management.
- Analysing people data and case trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the delivery of EDI strategies and contributing to culture change projects.
- Acting as a cultural ambassador, promoting psychological safety and inclusive leadership.
