Description
We are looking for an experienced
People Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our People Technology strategy at Moore Kingston Smith.
This is a high-impact role within our People Analytics and Systems function, a growing and evolving area of our 40-strong People Team. You will be responsible for ensuring our People systems genuinely enhance the employee experience, enable self-service, and support our people to do their best work.
Working closely with the Senior People Analytics and Systems Manager, and partnering across the People Team, IT, and the wider business, you will lead major system implementations, own the People Systems roadmap, and act as a trusted expert on People Technology, data governance, and GDPR compliance. This role offers real scope to influence how we design, use, and evolve our systems in a people-centred, forward-thinking way.
What you’ll be doing
You will have end-to-end responsibility for the delivery, optimisation, and governance of our People systems, ensuring they support an excellent employee experience and provide high-quality, reliable data for the business.
