I’m working with one of Central London’s most respected boutique planning consultancies and they’re looking for a motivated Town Planner to join their team and hit the ground running. You'll get hands-on experience on a wide variety of exciting projects in the commercial sector, including logistics, data centres, offices, infrastructure and major mixed-use schemes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking the lead on small to mid-sized commercial planning projects and supporting seniors on major schemes.
• Managing planning applications from pre-app through to decision.
• Liaising directly with clients and local authorities to provide expert advice and build lasting relationships.
• Preparing planning statements, site appraisals, and local authority representations.

We’re Looking For:

• Around 2 years of planning experience (consultancy preferred, but local authority or client-side is also welcome).
• A strong grasp of development management processes.
• Ideally working towards your RTPI accreditation or chartered member of RTPI.
• Sharp written skills and a confident, team-oriented mindset.
