What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting planning applications for major residential and commercial schemes across Central London.
• Managing the full planning process: from site appraisals to pre-apps, stakeholder engagement, and final submission.
• Preparing and reviewing planning statements, policy reviews, and design and access statements.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships through clear, expert advice and regular communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• 18 months of experience minimum in a planning consultancy, local authority of client side.
• Experience assisting or leading on the planning application process of major projects ie. 50 units or larger.
• Strong understanding of development management.
• Working toward your RTPI APC is a plus—but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team-focused approach.
