Purpose of the role
- Please note this role is a 12month FTC
This role supports the development of a high-performance, future ready workforce by delivering the core elements of our performance and talent management approach. Working closely with the Global Talent Director and business stakeholders, the role is focussed on embedding high quality performance practices, surfacing talent insights and enabling impactful decision making around development, progression and succession.
Key Accountabilities
Performance enablement: Deliver a simple, consistent and commercially relevant performance cycle across the business. Equip managers with the tools and guidance they need to run quality conversations and drive individual, team and business outcomes.
Talent management: Coordinate the delivery of talent and succession planning processes, ensuring rigour, inclusivity and follow-through. Use insight to help identify critical roles, development priorities and high-potential talent.
Insight and analytics: Track and analyse performance, mobility and career progression data. Surface risks, trends and opportunities to inform strategic talent decisions and guide investment.
Programme delivery: Project manage core performance and talent initiatives, including progression frameworks, manager capability support and targeted development interventions.
Stakeholder engagement: Work in partnership with the wider HR team to embed consistent, high-impact practices across regions and functions.
Continuous improvement: Contribute to the simplification and continuous improvement of our performance and talent systems, ensuring they are well adopted and deliver value.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Experience across performance management and talent development within a global matrix organisation.
- Proven ability to deliver core performance and talent management processes with rigour and simplicity.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent project management and coordination capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage across levels.
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect people activity to business outcomes.
- Practical understanding of inclusive talent practices.
- Proactive mindset, with a bias for action, clarity and improvement.
- Awareness of technology impact on talent practices (including AI).
