🌱 Freelance Performance Marketing Manager 🌱
We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing consumer brand on a freelance basis this autumn. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a well-loved product, helping drive growth across paid channels and D2C.
📍 Hybrid working - Thursdays in the London office, flexible remote for the rest of the week
🗓️ Dates: Mid/late September start (15th or 22nd) until end of November (2 months)
💸 Rate: £300-£350 per day (IR35 status TBC)
💻 Interviews: Taking place next week over Teams
The role
You'll be reporting directly to the Brand Director playing a hands on role in managing performance activity across key channels. This isn't a purely strategic role, we're looking for someone confident rolling up their sleeves and running campaigns end-to-end.
Key responsibilities
Manage and optimise campaigns across paid social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) and Google Ads/PPC
Track and report on performance, identifying opportunities to maximise ROI and scale campaigns effectively
Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure performance campaigns align with creative direction
Support in driving D2C growth through smart targeting, testing, and audience segmentation
(Bonus) Contribute to CRM initiatives, helping with email campaigns, data-driven segmentation, and customer retention strategies
What we're looking for
Strong hands-on experience in paid social (Meta/IG/TikTok) and Google Ads/PPC
Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actions
Experience working with consumer-facing brands (FMCG, lifestyle, food & drink a bonus)
Collaborative style, comfortable working across brand, content, and D2C teams
CRM knowledge is great to have, but not essential
