We’re hiring a Performance Media Executive to join the digital marketing team at a household-name retail brand that’s pushing boundaries through innovative, AI-led technology. You’ll support the delivery and optimisation of performance media activity across Paid Search and Paid Social, with opportunities to develop your skills in Display and Affiliate marketing.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step up their career, gain exposure to large-scale budgets, and work on campaigns that make a genuine commercial impact. Working within a collaborative and experienced team, you’ll be hands-on in execution while learning how performance media drives growth at scale.

What we're looking for...

2-3 years experience in a performance or paid media role
Agency experience (Desired)
Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social
Exposure to Display or Affiliate (Desired)
Curious, proactive and enthusiastic about learning new technologies and approaches
Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working within a team environment
Data-driven mindset with a keen interest in performance metrics and optimisation
