Description

We’re looking for a Performance Media Specialist to join a high-performing digital team at a household-name retail brand that’s redefining the industry through cutting-edge AI technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact campaigns within a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.

You’ll take ownership of performance media activity across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates, driving growth, efficiency, and innovation across the full funnel. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping media strategy and delivering measurable commercial results.

You’ll work alongside a highly experienced team, operating on a hybrid basis in Manchester City Centre and receive a fantastic benefits package!

What we're looking for...

3–5 years’ experience in a performance or paid media role
Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search or Paid Social, with exposure to Display and Affiliates
Agency experience is beneficial but not essential
Highly analytical, confident working with data to drive decisions and performance.
Proactive, curious and excited by innovation, particularly AI-led marketing solutions

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain performance and strategy clearly.
