Job Title: Performance Media Strategy Lead @ Global Entertainment Leader

Location: London (Hybrid – 1–2 days in office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £90,000 – £100,000

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the world’s leading entertainment brands in a senior role. You’ll shape global performance media strategy across three major D2C businesses: subscription, e-commerce, and digital storefront.

This isn’t brand planning. It’s strategic, commercial, performance-led media leadership.

You’ll design global strategies, influence senior stakeholders across the UK and US, and turn complex analytics, MMM/MTA and market insight into clear, revenue-driving decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of global media strategies across subscription, e-commerce and D2C
Own year-round performance frameworks covering audience, competition, revenue impact and measurement
Partner closely with US and UK stakeholders to align strategies across markets
Translate analytics, MMM, MTA and modelling into actionable commercial decisions
Build media playbooks, annual briefs and long-range strategic roadmaps
Evaluate performance weekly, identifying opportunities to optimise investment and improve ROI/ROAS
Ensure media planning fully reflects strategic intent across paid and owned channels
Champion performance-thinking across a complex matrix environment

Skills & Experience Required

15+ years in media planning and strategy, with strong D2C, subscription or e-commerce focus
Proven track record in performance media, measurement and ROI-driven planning
Strong understanding of MMM, MTA, attribution and lifecycle optimisation
Experience operating in large, global or matrixed organisations
Gravitas to influence VP-level and senior stakeholders
Hands-on mindset- able to both craft strategy and dive into detail as needed
