Boots UK Performance Media are an award-winning in-house team responsible for driving a large % of online and offline growth for our Retail business through best-in-class online advertising strategy and activation.
Recently in-housed in 2024, we’re building one of the UK’s most successful, innovative brand-side teams through bringing together industry leading talent, with strong partnerships and technology tooling.
Overview:
The Performance Media Tech & AI Manager will define and deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for all Technology, AI, and Data led initiatives – working in close partnership with the UK’s best Performance Marketers, Agencies and Tech Platforms. This role drives growth and channel evolution through the optimisation of our Performance Media ecosystem, by; defining a perfect mix of technology platforms and partner projects, adopting AI & Automation solutions whilst measuring the impact on Performance. This role will ensure our medium to long term growth through unlocking further channel capability across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display.
