Job Description
We are currently seeking a Performance Tester to join our innovative technology department.
The Performance Tester will work collaboratively with wider teams to help, such as QA Engineers, DevOps, Platform Engineers and Software Engineers to develop and build esure’s future performance testing capability.
We are looking for a pure performance specialist, ideally with Gatling, or simular, experience and good knowledge of Java. This role isn’t just about writing scripts — it’s about diving deep into performance analysis, mastering debugging, and pinpointing exactly where the bottlenecks are holding things back
