Description
We are seeking a Periodic Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our largest Social Housing partners in the Basingstoke & Portsmouth areas.
Working hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate is £12.21
A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, a Company Vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean carpets, upholstery, and hard floors
- Dust and wipe down furniture, light fixtures, and vents
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental policies
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring all supplies are replenished (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Clean windows, glass, and mirrors to a high standard
- Clean and sanitize common areas, break rooms, and kitchen spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless
- Follow safety guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment
- Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
- Full Manual driving license required
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
