We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team in the role of Personal Assistant, to provide effective administration, coordination, and organisational support to our Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities for this role:
Acting as the point of contact for the SLT, employees and other external parties
Information coordination and flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Support the executives to conduct effective meetings
Support SLT members with preparations for on-boarding new employee members, employee reviews and 1:1’s.
Proactively work with the SLT to support them in their administrative tasks.
Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
Company car management for AMF1 in conjunction with the Partnership Team
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
Support the preparation of functional reports for the weekly SLT meeting (KPIs and targets).
Complete personal errands and personal organisation as required
Key skills:

Well-developed organisational skills
Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Great verbal and written communication skills
