The Role:

You will be delivering a highly proactive, efficient, and effective service for a number of Partners and Counsel, and potentially some senior-level Associates, within one of the Firm's practice groups. This role offers a the opportunity to build deep relationships and use your initiative and sound judgment to deliver a confidential, professional, and client-focused service in a fast-paced environment. You will be adaptable and willing to take on a broad range of tasks from influencing senior stakeholders to supporting your fee-earners effectively to deliver the best-in-class service our clients expect.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive PA and secretarial support, including document management, billing, and coordination of marketing and pitch materials

  • Proactively manage diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, ensuring fee-earners are fully prepared

  • Act as first point of contact for fee-earners, managing inboxes, calls, and client communications with professionalism

  • Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action points, supporting internal and external engagement

  • Collaborate with other PAs and administrative staff to delegate tasks and maintain workflow efficiency

  • Support business development activities and coordinate events in partnership with relevant teams

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and contribute to process improvements across the team

  • Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment

  • What we're looking for:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a PA or secretarial role within a professional services environment

  • Strong MS Office and IT skills, with a proactive approach to learning new systems and tools

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset

  • Resilient, adaptable, and professional under pressure, with a high level of integrity and discretion
