About The Role - Maternity Cover

This role is an exciting opportunity to support the Investor Relations and External Communications team. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive support to the Director of Capital Markets & FP&A and the Global Head of External Communications. The role includes high-level, efficient administrative and logistical assistance; managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining the CRM database, processing expenses, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and shareholders. The role also provides the opportunity to organise key events such as FY & HY Results presentations, C-Suite roadshows, investor conferences and CFC tours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, proactive and confidential administrative support, with a flexible mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
  • Oversee meeting and travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation and creating detailed itineraries across multiple locations.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, the board and external parties such as media, shareholders and retail partners.
  • Keep track of important dates for press releases, public events, conferences and media appearances.
  • Co-ordinate the logistics for the Full Year and Half Year Results Presentation.
  • Assist with event materials such as presentation booklets, agendas, and handouts.
  • Help to monitor communications with our shareholders.
  • Manage purchase orders and expenses efficiently.
  • You will be expected to manage confidential information with discretion.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative team based role.
  • Self motivated - ability to manage priorities and solve problems.
  • Experienced in Google Suite/Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all employee levels (including upwards and with external advisors) using a variety of media.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Operate with discretion - maintaining confidentiality at all times.
