About The Role
At Ridge, we help our clients create better places to live, learn, and work. As a leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, our people are the foundation of our success — and our greatest asset. We don’t just offer jobs; we build long-term, fulfilling careers, backed by continuous support, development, and opportunity.
We’re now looking for a high-energy, forward-thinking Personal Assistant to support one of our Equity Partners and play a key role in our engagement with one of our most high-profile clients. This is a unique opportunity to step into a visible, fast-paced role where your professionalism, agility, and people skills will make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Be the trusted right-hand to an Equity Partner, managing their schedules, priorities, and communications with precision and discretion.
- Own inbox and diary management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client needs.
- Act as a key liaison with senior stakeholders and clients, representing Ridge with confidence and professionalism.
- Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations that reflect our brand and standards.
- Coordinate meetings and events, from logistics and agendas to follow-ups and outcomes.
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and approvals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support the wider team as needed.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll understand the value of discretion, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be confident in working with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a PA or EA at senior level, ideally within the built environment or professional services.
- A dynamic, proactive mindset with a passion for organisation and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — with a confident, client-facing approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Impeccable attention to detail and a flair for producing polished, professional documents.
- A calm, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in the property or construction sectors is a bonus, but not essential.
