To support our continued success and ensure our leadership team can focus on delivering strategic goals, we are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support two Equity Partners based in our London office.
This is a varied, fast-paced PA position offering a high level of responsibility and visibility within the business. You’ll provide direct support to the Equity Partners and senior team members, ensuring operational efficiency, effective diary and email management, and a well-organised working environment. We operate a flexible, hybrid working model, supported by modern, collaborative office spaces that reflect our brand and professional standards. We want our PA to take pride in maintaining this environment and helping it run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support primarily to the Equity Partners and wider senior team where necessary.
- Manage diaries, calendars, and inboxes, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs.
- Handle incoming emails, calls, post, and other correspondence on behalf of the Partners.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, meeting minutes, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Produce professional documents, reports, and briefing packs (both hard and soft copy).
- Process expenses, mileage claims, and corporate expenditure.
- Greet and manage visitors, maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
- Support internal governance processes, tracking actions and managing sensitive documents.
- Raise and manage purchase orders and approvals on behalf of the Partners.
- Support event and meeting planning, liaising with clients and suppliers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of communication and documentation.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, supporting the broader London office where necessary.
- Support recruitment needs and office growth
About You
You’ll be a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll understand the value of discretion, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be confident in working with senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Previous PA or EA experience at senior level, ideally in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and written communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confident, professional, and personable with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple diaries, meetings, and inboxes with ease.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a calm, can-do approach
- Experience in the construction or property sectors is desirable but not essential.
