Key Responsibilities

• Diary Management: Organise and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Personal Support: Assist with errands, event planning, household administration, dry cleaning, and dog vet visits.
• Confidential Administration: Handle correspondence, expenses, and sensitive information with discretion.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a PA, EA, or similar support role
