Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week working from home

There is an exciting opportunity to support three senior leaders in Group Risk. The role will be varied and will support key activities as well as providing high quality business and administrative support.
The successful candidate will need to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels across the Bupa organisation as well as with our external stakeholders, and will provide full administrative support the leaders and their team.
How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Provide full administrator/PA support to three Directors, including diary management;
- Work with external stakeholders, notably the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), and EAs to senior Group leaders (Board and Executive level) to arrange meetings and events;
- Manage Directors’ diaries and arrange travel (flight, hotel bookings and visas), including handling associated expense claims;
- Ensure the Directors/Senior Leaders are prepared for all internal and external meetings and calls, and have the required documentation;
- Create Purchase Order activities within the department using PeopleSoft E-purchasing;
- Maintain the Regulatory Engagement Register for the Compliance Director;
- Act as cover for the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO)’s Executive Assistant (EA) and support the EA and other Personal Assistant (PA) in ensuring suitable cover for absence and advice to Group Risk team members;
- Support the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff including liaising with recruiters, booking interviews, procuring equipment for new staff and setting up induction meetings.
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience of working as a PA to multiple directors in a fast paced, corporate environment;
- Experience in Financial Services with an understanding of our broader stakeholder groups and their roles.
- An advanced level of competence in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot and Edge;
- Excellent office and organisation skills;
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (Kofax pdf), including editing & creating pdf files;
- Familiarity with Sharepoint desirable;
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to develop open and honest working relationships with all colleagues;
- Experience of organising events;
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
