Personal Injury Content Specialist, Manchester office

You will be instrumental in shaping our offering and ensuring LEAP’s position as the best Personal Injury software solution in the UK market.
Alongside the Head of Personal Injury, you will identify opportunities for future development and content projects to enhance the end consumer experience, developing and delivering new forms and precedents to improve usage, engaging with customers and other stakeholders to source feedback, and reporting KPI’s to the team.
Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
