Personal Injury Solicitor / Fee Earner

Location: Nottingham

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Working Pattern: Hybrid / Flexible available

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner or Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your expertise genuinely makes a difference? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You will manage a varied and engaging personal injury caseload, including:

Portal and non-portal RTA, EL and PL claims
Clinical negligence matters
Complex and litigated cases

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in developing and growing the PI work coming into the firm.

About You

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE, or a Fee Earner with equivalent experience
Strong litigation, advocacy and negotiation skills
Confident IT, organisational and communication abilities
Client-focused with a passion for achieving the best outcomes

Able to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and independently
