The PETCT Service Manager provides a managerial and highly specialist technical service role to the Trust in order to deliver a safe, highly specialised diagnostic patient service.
This is a part time role of 22.5hours a week; ideally split over 3 days a week.
There is a need to be part of the clinical team twice a week, with one day a week dedicated to admin work relating to managing the service. The role is the point of contact for queries from the PET admin team and Nuclear Medicine staff who may have clinical queries. The role needs to work closely with the Service Manager of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. It requires a flexible work ethic to ensure smooth running of the service throughout its operational hours Monday to Friday.
